In the context of your use of the PHC BV platform (0821.648.693), with its registered office at Bouwstraat 8, 9160 Lokeren (hereinafter: “UWORX”), UWORX will collect certain personal data and share it with the client for whom you will carry out assignments in the name and on behalf of UWORX (hereinafter: the “Client”).
This data is processed by UWORX and the Client for the purposes of recruitment and selection, job matching, compliance with legal obligations regarding employment and social security law, and the performance of the agreement you conclude with UWORX. UWORX and the Client process the following personal data in their capacity as joint controllers.
If you apply, you acknowledge and accept that the personal data you have provided may be shared with the Client in the context of the preparation and execution of the agreement you conclude with UWORX.

You have the right to correct, delete, restrict processing, or request an overview of your personal data.
A PDF overview will be provided within a reasonable timeframe upon request. Requests may be partially or fully refused due to legal retention obligations, with justification provided.
Data sharing with third parties: UWORX staff may access your data. UWORX also works with third parties necessary for contract execution (*mandatory data marked with *), such as:
- Payment and financial services
- Meal voucher providers
- Mail and postal services
- Employers (outplacement)
- Software providers (e.g. PRATO)
All parties ensure similar levels of security and confidentiality.
Transfers outside the EEA or Switzerland: If data is transferred outside the EEA or Switzerland (e.g. secondment), you will be informed in advance, and safeguards will be ensured.
Data retention: Your data is kept at least for the legally required period. Unless deletion is requested or legally required, data is deleted 5 years after account removal.
Changes: This privacy statement may be updated. Changes will be communicated via the platform and, where necessary, by email.
