What will you do?
As a Sales Promoter, you will be the face of the brands in-store, ensuring maximum visibility and driving sales.
- You visit F1 and F2 stores (supermarkets and retail outlets) on a daily basis
- You introduce products and support store owners and managers
- You analyse planograms and optimise product visibility
- You ensure strong presence at checkout areas (impulse sales)
- You convince customers and sell displays and promotional activations
- You actively use sell-out data to identify commercial opportunities
Who are you?
- You have a commercial mindset and are results-driven
- You work in a data-driven way and can translate numbers into actions
- You know (or quickly learn) the retail market
- You are independent and can efficiently manage your own schedule
- You have initial experience in retail or sales
- You are a true team player and collaborate effectively with both internal and external partners (such as Conway)
- You speak Dutch and preferably have a good understanding of French
- You live in the region where you will be working = West Flanders
What do we offer?
- A salary of approximately €3,700 gross (depending on experience)
