What will you do?
As a Sales Assistant, you will support both our Key Account Managers and the Field Sales Team. You will act as the main point of contact for several key customers and ensure that all administrative and operational processes are handled efficiently and accurately.
60% – Supporting the Key Account Managers
- Maintain daily contact with customers' purchasing departments/head offices.
- Send promotional materials, brochures, and other commercial visuals to customers.
- Manage assortment changes and ensure they are correctly processed in customer portals.
- Prepare customer trade fairs and ensure the required product supplies are available.
- Monitor budgets and administrative processes.
- Process and follow up on purchase orders.
- Participate in meetings and ensure all agreed actions are properly followed up.
- Coordinate with Sales Assistants in the Netherlands to align processes and best practices.
40% – Supporting the Field Sales Team
- Update commercial information and maintain accurate administrative records.
- Collaborate with external partners and field sales teams.
- Coordinate promotional materials, display boxes, and product supplies for marketing activities.
- Help ensure all operational activities are executed correctly and on time.
Who are you?
- You have experience in a commercial support or administrative role.
- You are detail-oriented and work accurately.
- You are well organized and able to maintain a clear overview.
- You are proactive, take initiative, and don't wait to be told what to do.
- You have strong communication skills and are customer-focused.
- You are fluent in Dutch and French. Knowledge of English is a strong advantage, making you ideally trilingual.
- You are a true team player who enjoys working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
